TICKETS
- Be sure to bring your ticket(s), or be on the lookout for the separate email in your email with your QR code. 

- At the LIFE SURGE entrances, you can show the QR code on your phone, or if you prefer you can print out the confirmation email and bring it with you. 

You may also add your ticket to Apple Wallet or text it to your phone.

If you can't find your ticket please check your email's junk/spam folder.

PARKING & DIRECTIONS 
You have 3 Official Parking options with a link to each option for your convenience: 

- FREE Parking with Shuttle Service at Park-n-Fly Lot 

- CLOSER Parking – $10 Parking Across the Street at Art Institute Lot 

- CLOSEST Parking – $15 Parking at the Convention Center Garage

IS SEATING RESERVED?
LIFE SURGE South Florida offers open seating, first-come first-served, within your seating section. Arrive early to get the best possible seat in your section. 
DO YOU HAVE APPROPRIATE SEATING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS, REQUIRING HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE SEATS, OR NEEDING DEAF/HARD OF HEARING ACCOMMODATIONS?
LIFE SURGE will ensure every event has appropriate seating for all attendees, but it will vary from venue to venue. Please visit the will call area day of the event for information about wheelchair accessible seating. Please reach out to info@lifesurge.com if you require special assistance such as sign language interpreters or for medical conditions that will require special seating.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You will receive a 100% refund when the reservation is cancelled prior to 14 days of the event date. Registrations can be cancelled or upgraded by contacting our Customer Experience team at 1-833-TO-SURGE (1-833-867-8743) or transferred via the confirmation email link. You may transfer your registration to another person up until the day prior to the event via the link in your most recent confirmation email.
 
In the event LIFE SURGE reschedules the event to another date at the same or another venue, the ticket will be transferred to the new scheduled event date and venue. If the event is cancelled by LIFE SURGE, the ticket will be refunded in full or can be transferred to another event.

The registrant agrees to comply with these terms and all additional terms, rules, and regulations included as part of this ticket purchase.

COVID-19 PLAN

Caring for the safety and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, and employees has been and will be our most important priority. At the same time, we understand and acknowledge that our customers, sponsors, and employees are adults - and therefore make their own decisions about the risk levels that they are willing to accept by attending. Local guidelines and suggestions will be posted at the door of the event. It is in this spirit that we approach our events.

ABOUT THE DAY OF THE EVENT

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend business casual attire.
WILL THERE BE AN ATM ON SITE? 
Yes, there is an ATM at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.
ARE SERVICE ANIMALS PERMITTED? 
Yes, all service animals are permitted.
WILL HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS BE PROVIDED?
Hotel accommodations aren’t provided with your LIFE SURGE registration. Please make accommodations directly with your hotel of choice if you plan to stay nearby before or after the event. We do have discounted local hotel options. Please visit Patriot Marketplace to check it out.
WHAT ITEMS AM I NOT ALLOWED TO BRING INTO THE EVENT? 
All bags are subject to security search. No outside food, coolers etc. will be permitted inside the event. Food and beverage vendors will be available on location. Please view the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center website for their protocols and guidelines.
CAN I RECORD THE EVENT WITH MY PHONE OR ANY OTHER RECORDING DEVICE?
Out of respect for our speakers and other attendees, we request that you do not record the event.
