If you are unable to attend LIFE SURGE for any reason, you may receive a full refund if you notify our Customer Experience Specialists at least 14 days prior to the event. Within 14 days of the event, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the event or receive a credit for a future LIFE SURGE event, class or product. If you attend LIFE SURGE and are not 100% satisfied with your experience, we'll apply the value of your purchase towards any LIFE SURGE event, class or product.
